With nearly two decades of experience in language education, I, Delphine Serrano, bring strong leadership in curriculum design, program coordination, instructor development, and the delivery of high‑quality, results‑driven training. My background includes overseeing both pedagogical and operational functions, ensuring that programs run efficiently, that instructional quality remains consistently high, and that learners receive structured, effective support at every stage of their progress.

Our team has extensive experience delivering training to corporate clients and preparing government employees for the Second Language Evaluation (SLE) at levels A, B, and C.
